Discretion

DISCRETION. A VIRTUE
THAT PAIRS WELL WITH VICE.

Inspired by the Historic Cavalier Hotel in which it’s distilled, Discretion is a wheated bourbon, meaning the rye in the mash bill is replaced with wheat. It's a touch softer and sweeter with hints of butterscotch, honey and caramel. Think of a warm Virginia Beach evening from long ago. The jet set of the day – luminaries and scoundrels alike – enjoying life’s pleasures to the fullest. An iconic hotel and beach club known for its discretion in keeping indiscretions on the down low.

Tasting Notes

• Mash Bill-70% corn, 18% wheat, 12% malted barley
• Aroma-Dry oak wood with sweet vanilla, tobacco leaf and a touch of green apple.
• Taste-Characteristically gentle due to the wheated mash bill with hints of butterscotch, honey and caramel.
• Finish-Mild heat with more intense oak notes than the nose and a well-rounded warmth.
